Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out within 7-14 business days (holidays and weekends excluded), following the date and time (typical business hours) your order was placed.  The Bead Culture ships orders with USPS.  As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive your USPS tracking confirmation via email, text, or both, depending upon which option you chose at checkout.  Please allow an additional 2-3 days travel time for domestic orders to arrive, and an additional 5 days for international orders to arrive.  Due to COVID-19, order travel times with USPS could be delayed.

The Bead Culture is not responsible for packages shipped incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  

The Bead Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once your order has shipped, The Bead Culture is no longer in control of that package.  If any delivery issue arises please contact and/or file a claim with USPS.
